welcome to ATARAH wellness collective - it's so nice to have you here! ATARAH, meaning "CROWN OF beauty" was created in hopes of building a community where all individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered to build a peaceful relationship with food, body and self.
after earning my master's in 2022 from the university of Iowa, i moved to the greater Chicago area to gain a deeper understanding of eating disorder treatment and care. i have experience working at the inpatient level, in day programs, and outpatient settings with adolescents, teens, and young adults.
honoring your role as the expert in your own life, I’m here to gently guide you in nurturing self-discovery, restoring balance, and reclaiming your well-being. I hold genuine gratitude for those who have trusted me with their hearts and invited me to walk alongside them on this sacred journey of healing. I would be honored to walk with you, too.
